NOUVELLE PRODUCTION / VINGTIEME THEATRE
La Péniche Opéra est en pleine turbulence. Cette saison est la dernière dirigée par Mireille Larroche, qui aura réussi à donner une identité vraiment singulière à ce lieu, en faisant notamment la part belle au théâtre musical, à l’humour et à la création contemporaine. En accord avec les tutelles, avait tout d’abord été nommée pour lui succéder une équipe constituée… d’étudiants, réunie sous l’appellation « Miroirs étendus ». Mais il y a quelques semaines, changement de cap : le conseil d’administration de La Péniche Opéra a confié la direction du lieu aux Cris de Paris, l’ensemble vocal dirigé par Geoffroy Jourdain. Un choix salué largement dans le milieu musical. En attendant de les voir à l’œuvre, savourons la dernière mise en scène de Mireille Larroche ! Il s’agit d’une création d’un mélodrame de Philippe Minyana, intitulé 100 miniatures, suite de portraits instantanés explorant la vie quotidienne de gens ordinaires, mis en musique par Bruno Gillet. On retrouve les fidèles de La Péniche : Christophe Crapez, Paul-Alexandre Dubois… qui nous font toujours rissoler de plaisir. L’ensemble 2e2m est dirigé par Pierre Roullier. Attention, les représentations n’ont pas lieu sur la Péniche mais au Vingtième Théâtre.
