Théâtre du Rond-Point / texte et mes Pierrick Sorin
Pour le public naturellement profane, il s’agit de pénétrer dans les arcanes de l’activité quotidienne de l’artiste vidéaste et scénographe Pierrick Sorin. L’enchantement et la magie sont les terres d’élection de ce concepteur espiègle et malicieux, dont l’humour caustique et le sens aigu de la poésie visuelle prennent appui, pour une large part, sur la production de séquences vidéo en direct. Grâce au principe de l’incrustation, l’artiste – ici interprété par le comédien Nicolas Sansier – se dédouble sur les écrans, épousant tous les rôles, chanteur, musicien, psychanalyste ou visiteur excentrique d’une galerie d’art. En guise de cadre à l’action, le mystère d’un atelier avec ses pots de peintures, son matériel de bricolage, ses ordinateurs, ses caméras, ses vidéoprojecteurs, son poste de radio, son vieux répondeur téléphonique, ses éponges et ses balais-brosses. Sous forme d’un journal de bord décliné en voix off, l’artiste offre spontanément au public les doutes et les hésitations qui peu à peu construisent son œuvre. Le spectacle s’installe plutôt du côté du champ théâtral que de la performance. Un joli portrait d’artiste au travail pour éclairer une pensée mobile et une pratique enjouée du bricolage et de la fantaisie.
