Sans doute ces quelques notes traînaient-elles depuis longtemps au creux d’un souvenir, coincé sous les caillasses brisées de l’oubli. Sans doute ces mélodies chantonnaient-elles encore secrètement au lointain des années. Jonathan Capdevielle les réveille, les répète, les décale, en se glissant dans la voix de ses idoles. « Adolescent, outre mes exercices d’imitateur, j’apprenais et chantais fréquemment des “tubes” et principalement ceux de Madonna » avoue-t-il. Complice de Giselle Vienne, étonnant imitateur et performeur, il a cousu chansons à succès et chants traditionnels pyrénéens pour dérouler le fil d’une confession intime où se révèle l’itinéraire d’un personnage vacillant entre vie réelle et fantasmée. Ambivalent, drôle ou nostalgique, il trouble les frontières d’identités sous le travestissement et l’imitation, laisse sourdre à travers les paroles « cette quête de ressembler à… d’y croire et d’être finalement ». Un solo a cappella mêlant pop music, répertoire baroque et chants traditionnels. Entre burlesque et gravité.
