Café de la Danse / de Marguerite Duras / mes Hans Peter Cloos
Comme souvent dans l’œuvre de Marguerite Duras, cet amour-là — qui s’inspire de la relation qui unissait l’écrivaine à son plus jeune frère — flirte avec les lignes de l’impossibilité. Un amour entre un frère (Lui) et une sœur (Elle, Agatha), qui se retrouvent dans leur maison d’enfance, au bord de la mer, avant de se quitter, de nouveau, cette fois-ci définitivement. La brûlure de l’attirance interdite qui pousse ces deux êtres l’un vers l’autre vient irradier ce dernier face-à-face fait de paroles amples, de souvenirs indécis et de multiples silences… « L’inceste ne peut être vu du dehors, affirmait Marguerite Duras. Il n’a pas d’apparence particulière. Il ne se voit en rien. Il en est de lui comme la nature. Il grandit avec elle, meurt sans être jamais venu au jour, reste dans les ténèbres du fond de la mer, dans l’obscurité des sables des fonds des temps. » Avec Agatha (texte publié aux Editions de Minuit), l’écrivaine a signé, en 1981, l’un de ses textes de théâtre les plus exaltants. Un texte aujourd’hui incarné, sur la scène du Café de la Danse, par le comédien autrichien Florian Carove et la comédienne française Alexandra Larangot.
