Deux pièces de la compagnie Käfig, réunies en une soirée, tournent actuellement en région parisienne, pour le plus grand plaisir des spectateurs – que ces derniers soient novices ou férus d’art chorégraphique. Car Mourad Merzouki, figure de la danse hip-hop française, sait à merveille composer des pièces à la fois directes et complexes, qui séduisent autant qu’elles questionnent. Il sait aussi unir la danse et l’humour : ses spectacles sont des moments joyeux et dynamiques. Ainsi, Correria est une course trépidante, que l’on ne peut voir sans se mettre à respirer au rythme des interprètes. Quant à Agwa, placé sous le signe de l’eau, il questionne le symbole de cet élément et ce qu’il représente aujourd’hui, dans un monde où les ressources naturelles sont menacées, sans pour autant renoncer à l’humour : les danseurs, arborant bottes en caoutchouc et capes en plastique, évoluent entre les cent vingts gobelets qui recouvrent la scène. Un parcours on ne peut plus aventureux, ouvrant la voie à de savoureuses acrobaties.
