Inscrite dans un projet artistique centré sur la problématique « inégalités hommes-femmes et inégalités sociales », cette création de la compagnie Asphalte, dont Aline César signe le texte et la mise en scène, prend le contre-pied des petites phrases habituelles, lapidaires et définitives sur le destin social comme « on n’a que ce qu’on mérite », « si tu veux tu peux », « aide-toi le ciel t’aidera », etc. Elaborée en partie à partir d’un atelier de recherche avec les six comédiens et d’une collecte de paroles d’habitants à Arcueil et à l’Ile-Saint-Denis, la pièce urbaine et familiale inclut un personnage extraordinaire permettant aux individus en détresse d’échanger un organe identifié comme la cause de leurs maux : cœur, yeux, cerveau… Un échange qui questionne la perception du monde et de soi et qui devrait ici permettre de décrypter avec finesse comment des croyances sociales profondément ancrées font passer les inégalités sociales pour un destin. Question complexe, à la fois politique et éthique, explorée par de multiples sociologues, à commencer par Bourdieu, que le théâtre peut éclairer avec pertinence tant les situations métaphoriques peuvent en dire long sur le réel. « Le ciel a bon dos »… et déjouer les justifications faciles des inégalités est un programme stimulant et vivifiant.
