Allegria raconte tout en légèreté la gravité du monde. Kader Attou est parti chercher la poésie là où elle se trouve, à commencer par le corps des danseurs et leurs mouvements en pleins et déliés qui inscrivent dans l’espace la joie de danser. Partis d’un minuscule geste du quotidien, ils s’envolent vers le pays des rêves où règnent d’étranges chimères. De façon touchante et drôle, Kader Attou sème l’illusion, faisant appel à notre part d’enfance, cultivant l’absurde et l’impossible.
Refaire le monde en le rêvant
Inspiré du roman graphique, du singspiel enchanté et du cinéma, il campe avec ses huit interprètes une humanité dansante dans un monde diaphane, baigné par la seule magie des éclairages. Avec l’humour un peu nostalgique qui le caractérise, Kader Attou signe une danse de son temps où le hasard rencontre une figure burlesque ou un mouvement imprévu. Plutôt surréaliste, n’hésitant pas, parfois, à faire danser quelque objet, la chorégraphie se teinte d’une narrativité agissant par petites touches sensibles. Puisant dans son langage hip hop une nouvelle écriture, virtuose, teintée parfois de tendresse ou de mélancolie, Kader Attou, transcende – ou transdanse – la vie de chaque jour. Une manière de refaire le monde en éloignant les noirceurs qui nous menacent à travers une série de tableaux, tout en clarté et contrastes.
