NOGENT SUR MARNE / JAZZ
Après la soirée Caratini fin janvier, la riche saison « jazz » du Centre Des Bords de Marne se poursuit, avec deux des formations les plus en vue et estimées de la scène musicale française. D’un côté, l’orchestre fondé il y a cinq ans par le pianiste Fred Nardin, le saxophoniste Jon Boutellier, le tromboniste Bastien Ballaz et le trompettiste David Enhco, les quatre jeunes musiciens doués co-leaders et co-arrangeurs du brillant Amazing Keystone Big Band, à situer dans la grande tradition swing à la Basie, Thad Jones ou Ellington. L’Amazing Keystone Big Band jouera son nouveau répertoire en hommage à Django Reinhardt. En deuxième partie, le MegaOctet d’Andy Emler, le groupe qui bouscule le jazz européen depuis 20 ans et rafle désormais toutes les récompenses, gang de huit poètes-aventuriers-improvisateurs, défendra lui aussi les toutes nouvelles compositions de la main de son leader. La musique de ce programme intitulé “Mystery bag“ (joué ce soir-là pour la 4ème fois seulement) réussit le prodige de gagner encore en vitalité, en immédiateté, en interactivité et en groove. Ce groupe est une aubaine permanente.
