Chorégraphie Hamid Ben Mahi
C’est la musique et la poésie d’Alain Bashung qui a tout d’abord guidé le chorégraphe vers cette nouvelle pièce. Mais la rencontre avec Yan Péchin, guitariste du chanteur, a été déterminante dans le projet. Prenant à bras-le-corps la direction musicale et l’interprétation live d’une musique tout en réminiscences, il a donné à Apache la possibilité de s’épanouir. Plus qu’une évocation ou un hommage, la danse fait vibrer les corps dans des rituels bousculés par la torsion du son dans l’espace, mettant au jour les failles et les fragilités des interprètes. Ces hommes et ces femmes révèlent leurs prises de corps et prises de bec dans un hip hop en rondeur et en rage, signé par Hamid Ben Mahi qui a su transmettre ses ondulations comme son bouillonnement intérieur.
