À chaque nouvelle création du Théâtre Dromesko, un espace de jeu autre se déploie pour le spectateur, coincé avec le sourire entre le souvenir des chevaux et la présence insistante d’oiseaux célèbres. Le rêve forain advient, le temps d’une soupe partagée, d’une colère civique et d’une résistance poétique dévoilée devant nous tous, les « vivants provisoires ». Avec Arrêtez le monde, Je voudrais descendre, Igor et les siens font tourner le manège, cette « grande carcasse gyro-broyeuse » sans chevaux de bois mais avec des petits bonhommes sagement assis sur des chaises et tenant chacun en laisse un animal de compagnie. Quoique … on ne sache bien qui est le maître et qui est le compagnon fidèle. Une boîte à manège ou bien à musique, à moins que ce ne soit un chevalet à ombres et à figurines mobiles, un trésor d’animation d’avant la photographie et le cinéma, une manière de lanterne magique. Et pour le bien du public, un verre de vin chaud préparé et un animal frôlé pour une caresse furtive. Entre flonflons traditionnels et le marabout de Lili, sous des guirlandes de lumières populaires, les Dromesko nous enjoignent à rêver, espérer et à appeler des jours meilleurs.
