Pina B. vue par… : l’édition 2009 d’Artdanthé s’ouvre sur un projet hors normes : une création collective de plus de trente artistes – chorégraphes, plasticiens, metteurs en scène, vidéastes – questionnant, en quatre minutes chacun, l’œuvre de Pina Bausch, d’une façon respectueuse ou irrévérencieuse. La commande avait été lancée avant la disparition brutale de la grande chorégraphe allemande, l’été dernier : ce projet d’évocation d’une œuvre se transforme de fait en hommage.
Autre événement phare de la programmation 2009, les « Focus », qui proposent de découvrir la création chorégraphique de trois zones géographiques : les Pays-Bas (du 25 au 27 février) avec Arno Schuitemaker, la compagnie T.R.A.S.H., Koen de Preter & Ulrika Kinn Svensson et André Gingras ; le Portugal (du 17 au 20 mars) avec le collectif Bomba Suicida, Luis Guerra, Marlene Freitas, Tânia Carvalho ; New York (du 23 au 25 mars) avec Jonah Bokaer et Judith Sanchez Ruiz et la « Plateforme transatlantique de performance » (création collective de 21 artistes européens et américains)…
Le spectateur en action
Artdanthé se signale également par une « école du spectateur » particulièrement ambitieuse. De nombreux ateliers et séances de découverte, gratuits, sont proposés à un public d’adultes, d’adolescents et/ou d’enfants. La plupart de ces ateliers sont conçus comme une introduction aux spectacles : Fabrice Lambert propose un cycle « Mouvement de l’œil, mouvement du corps », le chorégraphe Gaël Sesboüé et l’éclairagiste Séverine Rième animent un atelier de quatre séances autour de la lumière… Les ateliers se terminent par une présentation publique du travail parcouru par les stagiaires. Mais certains ateliers visent à préparer une intervention des amateurs au sein même de l’un des spectacles d’Artdanthé : Fuero(n) de Germana Civera requiert la présence sur scène de nombreux amateurs de différentes générations ; D’après J.-C. de Herman Diephuis compte un petit groupe de figurants. Artdanthé offre également au public la chance de pouvoir traverser de l’intérieur A dire rien qu’être à quoi dire : Gabriel Hernández propose aux performers d’exécuter une partition à la fois simple et follement complexe, tranquille et fascinante.
