« L’écriture de Jacques Audiberti est faite pour être dite et écoutée, explique le metteur en scène Jean-Claude Penchenat. Les images qu’il donne à voir grâce à un vocabulaire très charnel, d’une sensualité débordante, évoquent Rabelais, Valère Novarina. C’est un poète qui écrit pour des personnages, pour des situations. On se délecte des tournures de phrases, des choses profondément humaines, parfois triviales, qui surgissent dans un cadre historique extrêmement documenté. »
Exposition, projections de films et lectures
A la direction de l’Orchestre Littéraire de la Compagnie Abraxas, Jean-Claude Penchenat prend part à Autour de Jacques Audiberti en mettant en espace deux des pièces de l’écrivain : Vauban, Bâton et ruban, une comédie retraçant le parcours de l’architecte de Louis XIV, et La Fourmi dans le corps, une tragi-comédie sur la vie, au XVIIe siècle, d’une chanoinesse de l’Abbaye de Remiremont. Temps forts de la manifestation meudonnaise, ces deux lectures seront accompagnées de nombreux autres rendez-vous : exposition de peintures, de dessins et d’éléments de correspondance, projections de films, lectures d’extraits de critiques de cinéma, stages de théâtre… Des rendez-vous qui permettront de mieux connaître et de redécouvrir le talent d’un artiste « partagé entre le bien et le mal, l’ange et le démon, le quotidien et la légende »*.
