Autoproclamés « Lucky Luke de la clarinette », les quatre Essoufflés laissent leur ombre au bord du chemin à force d’aller plus vite que la musique ! Plébiscités par le public et salués par la critique depuis la création de leur quatuor en 1997, ces virtuoses de l’anche à la tête emperruquée gambadent en liberté de Vivaldi à Mozart en passant par le jazz, et font feu de tout l’arsenal scénique imaginable pour composer un spectacle hilarant et dynamique, inventif et truculent. Musique, chants, marionnettes, histoires accessoirisées avec esprit sont l’occasion de débusquer l’homme derrière l’artiste, « l’homme qui aime, l’homme qui rit, l’homme qui pleure et l’homme pris au piège de la modernité ». Allant de surprises en surprises, les Essoufflés ne prennent au sérieux que leur talent qui leur permet d’exploiter en virtuoses toutes les capacités musicales de leurs instruments. Un rêveur fantaisiste (Jonathan Jolin), une dingue souple comme une guimauve (Morgane Raoux), un croisé de théière et de Castafiore (Christophe Louis) et un as de l’arrangement concentré dans 1 m 63 de génie (Lionel Rokita) : les Essoufflés savent se moquer d’eux-mêmes mais ne se moquent pas du public auquel ils offrent un spectacle de haute volée et de haute voltige musicale qui ne manque ni de panache, ni d’entrain… ni de souffle !
