La maternité avec C’est (un peu) compliqué d’être l’origine du monde, le corps des femmes sous pression avec Les Secrets d’un Gainage Efficace, et aujourd’hui le couple hétérosexuel avec un joli titre de plus : Derrière le hublot se cache parfois du linge. Dans la lignée de l’autrice du Deuxième Sexe (1949), cultivant à chaque instant souci du détail, goût de l’analyse et revendication de liberté, Les Filles de Simone résistent aux normes avec ardeur. Avec humour aussi, l’autodérision permettant de bien ajuster le trait. En résumé, comme elles-mêmes l’affirment, leur théâtre est « un outil de libération et d’égalité ». Le vaste sujet de la vie en couple éclaire ce que nos modèles, conditionnements et héritages font à l’amour, dans toutes sortes de compartiments : de la sexualité au quotidien domestique, de la séduction à la parentalité, de la définition même de l’amour à la construction des imaginaires, hommes et femmes ne sont pas logés à la même enseigne. Pour prouver et montrer les effets du patriarcat, Les Filles de Simone se sont appuyées sur… leur couples respectifs, leur vécu intime, intégrant à leur démarche un corpus littéraire (dont Réinventer l’amour de Mona Chollet) et quelques références populaires.
Et si le théâtre pouvait aider à réécrire les rôles ?
Avec un plateau qui devient « entre enthousiasme et désespoir notre espace d’entraînement au réel », espace habité par deux femmes, Chloé et Tiphaine, et un homme, André, le collectif espère que le théâtre puisse in fine aider à s’aimer mieux, et réécrire certains rôles phares de la vie à deux. Comment ont-elles organisé la partition ? Comment éclairer la petite histoire de salle de bain qui révèle un gros problème de société ? Diverses scènes se succèdent : un (faux) jeu de questions réponses avec le public, une plongée au cœur de la maison avec un leitmotiv évidemment scandé par un homme : « Mais il est où mon jogging ? », un vaudeville réinventé, un cours d’université, une courte intervention de Simone pour une chambre à soi, une scène glaçante d’Othello, etc. Et une situation récurrente, celle d’une thérapie de couples, au pluriel. C’est sûr, vous allez vous reconnaître à un moment ou un autre ! Agrémentée par une scénographie pêchue et inventive, cette forte disparité parvient à éviter l’effet fourre-tout. Elle permet de toucher une multitude d’aspects, et certaines scènes font mouche. Inévitablement cette exploration qui navigue entre ancrage réaliste et outils théoriques, entre veine burlesque et confessions intimes suit un cours inégal, que chacun ou chacune appréciera à sa mesure. Interprétée par les impeccables André Antebi, Tiphaine Gentilleau et Chloé Olivères, la pièce confirme le solide talent des Filles de Simone, qui savent éclairer à la loupe ce qui déraillent, avec une délicieuse fantaisie et une précision redoutable. L’égalité se niche dans des enjeux théoriques et politiques (la forme de l’écriture inclusive nous semble à cet égard de peu d’intérêt), et bien sûr dans le concret du vécu, du matin au soir et du soir au matin. Messieurs (oui oui Messieurs et non Mesdames), peut-être accorderez-vous l’importance qu’elle mérite à la tasse qui traîne !
