Jardin de la Vierge du Lycée Saint-Joseph / conception Anne Nguyen et Elise Vigneron
Coup de froid sur la Vierge en son jardin cette année ! Dans son désir de travailler sur un dispositif plastique mouvant, la marionnettiste Elise Vigneron approfondit ici la recherche qu’elle avait déjà entamée autour des éléments. Et c’est la glace qui devient le support d’une manipulation et d’une scénographie pour le moins éphémère, porteuse d’images saisissantes évoquant notre monde en transformation. On ne pouvait pas espérer mieux comme véritable rencontre entre deux femmes qui ne se connaissaient pas : breakeuse et chorégraphe exigeante, Anne Nguyen a trouvé chez Elise la même rigueur, mais aussi une écriture visuelle prompte à troubler le regard sur les corps.
Un monde en transformation
Axis Mundi place les deux femmes dans un univers post-apocalyptique, hanté par l’immobilité de la matière. Au creux de paysages stériles, elles sont pourtant celles qui vont changer le cours du monde, reconnecter le ciel avec la terre, libérer le corps et la matière pour faire exploser l’énergie créatrice. A travers la symbolique du cercle propre au hip hop, comme une arène, une piste ou un espace ritualisé, la danse circule en régénérescence. Alors que tout fond autour et dévoile d’autres réalités, les corps s’affirment dans une nouvelle verticalité, en vibration avec leur environnement.
