Théâtre de la Ville / Voix d’Arménie
Pour commencer ces deux jours dédiés aux voix arméniennes, place à l’ensemble Goussan (avec duduk, tar et kamantché), qui parcourt certaines des plus belles pages de deux auteurs arméniens. Tout d’abord, Sayat-Nova (XVIIIe siècle) considéré comme le grand maître de l’art des Ashoughs qui se firent les interprètes d’une poésie lyrique, le plus souvent courtoise mais qui peut se montrer vindicative à l’endroit du pouvoir, un peu à la manière de nos troubadours. Et puis les mots de Djivani (XIXe siècle), chantre originaire des campagnes à la frontière de la Géorgie, qui loue le terroir, l’amitié, le désespoir aussi…Le lendemain, Krikor Beledian, un auteur de la diaspora (il est né au Liban et vit en France), lira ses poèmes « dans une langue rescapée, condamnée à la mort, exécutée en 1915 et toujours en sursis; étrangement vivante ». Des mots dits qui font écho à la sinistre actualité et qui seront accompagnés par le souffle du duduk de Haïg Sarikouyoumdjian.
