Théâtre Artistic Athévains / texte et mes de Nini Bélanger et Pascal Brullemans
Poignante, sensible, adressée sans artifices. C’est leur propre histoire que la metteure en scène Nini Bélanger et l’auteur Pascal Brullemans ont décidé de raconter, sur scène, dans Beauté, chaleur et mort. L’histoire d’un couple frappé par la disparition de son enfant. « Nos passions, comme nos indignations, sont fulgurantes, puis nous glissons rapidement vers autre chose, expliquent les deux artistes. La douleur, elle, reste la même. Lancinante et persistante. Son épreuve laisse des traces, mais nous ne prenons plus le temps de les observer. Nous les taisons ou les anesthésions. » Pour nous amener à examiner cette souffrance occultée, Nini Bélanger et Pascal Brullemans ont donc créé un premier spectacle, pour adultes, puis une proposition pour tout public à partir de 8 ans intitulée Vipérine. Toutes deux forment un Cycle de la perte. Une façon – à travers deux temps de création, deux types d’exploration – d’approfondir un sujet grave en restant du côté de la vie.
