Les bits électro cognent en pulsations et crescendos explosifs, tendent les nerfs à bloc, poussent l’adrénaline jusqu’à l’extase. Les corps s’enfièvrent et se déhanchent, s’abandonnent aux rythmes scandés par la musique, mixant des gestuelles empruntées de-ci de-là dans l’élan du mouvement. C’est dans cette ambiance survoltée des boîtes de nuit que plonge Bliss (« extase » en anglais »), dernière création d’Anthony Egéa. « Je veux retrouver cette sensation unique du plaisir de danser, du mouvement dans un style hip-hop, clubbing, plus affirmé mais nourri de ces années de recherches et d’expériences, explique-t-il. Voyageant dans les styles de danse, je les casse, les détourne pour mieux les oublier et œuvrer dans l’alchimie. ». Fondateur de Rêvolution, une des compagnies pionnières du courant hip-hop, le chorégraphe porte la danse à l’incandescence tout en dessinant le parcours d’individus dont les histoires se dévoilent, se croisent, se manquent. Il révèle ainsi les solitudes qui s’oublient, les identités qui se dissolvent dans le tapage assourdissant de la foule.
