Trois spectacles, unissant danse et musique, vont ponctuer ces dix jours. Grotesca pasión trasnochada ("Passion grotesque et dépassée"), par la compagnie No bailarás ("Tu ne danseras pas"), évoque les relations qui se nouent autour de la pratique sociale du tango. Le deuxième programme explorera quant à lui les figures du tango de scène, avec les danseurs Gloria et Eduardo. Sa première partie, dirigée par le grand bandonéoniste Néstor Marconi, sera consacrée au style des grands orchestres des années 1940 et 1950. On entendra également le chanteur Juan Carlos Godoy, ainsi que le duo piano-guitare de César Salgán et Esteban Falabella. Le dernier programme proposera un répertoire plus actuel, avec notamment des compositions de Néstor Marconi et Emilio Balcarce ; les danseurs Carlos et Rosa Pérez s’attacheront à nous faire découvrir les pratiques de danse aujourd’hui à Buenos Aires. Mais la manifestation ne serait pas complète sans les cours de tango quotidiens et les bals, qui seront donnés dans le grand foyer du théâtre par les danseurs des compagnies programmées : de quoi créer des spectateurs-danseurs avertis.
