NOUVELLES FRONTIERES SYMPHONIQUES L’orchestre symphonique, le lieu musical par excellence où se cristallisent tous les enjeux et défis de la musique classique, condamnée à élargir son public tout en le rajeunissant, a commencé sa mue : répertoires métissés, actions jeune public, concerts de sensibilisation, mise en forme du concert, etc. Le week-end d’Orchestres en Fête à la Philharmonie, antenne parisienne d’une manifestation nationale visant « grâce à des événements aux concepts originaux et novateurs, à renouveler la perception que l’on peut avoir de l’orchestre et de la musique classique », présente en quelques concerts une photographie d’une nouvelle scène symphonique nationale bien décidée à faire bouger les lignes. / ORCHESTRE NATIONAL DE LILLE / PHILHARMONIE
Pour son tour de piste parisien dans ce week-end « Orchestres en fête », l’Orchestre National de Lille et son chef historique Jean-Claude Casadesus, pionniers il y a 30 ans de bien des initiatives (révolutionnaires à l’époque et rarement dépassées aujourd’hui), visant à ouvrir la musique classique à de nouveaux publics et répertoires, font le choix d’une approche des plus classiques… Comme s’ils n’avaient plus rien à prouver dans ce domaine ? Entouré d’un trio vocal magnifique, « Casa », véritable star à Lille et dans sa région (un cas unique et exemplaire en France), rend hommage à Bizet à travers des extraits de Carmen, et deux œuvres de jeunesse : la délicieuse Symphonie en ut et la cantate Clovis et Clotilde qu’il a redécouverte et enregistrée.
