Les arts numériques ont cette faculté de réunir des créateurs venus de tous horizons. Ainsi, Mylène Benoit, enfant des hautes technologies, vient de la sphère des arts plastiques et de la vidéo, tout en étant chorégraphe à part entière au vu de la place du corps et du geste dans ses pièces. Son travail engage le regard du spectateur dans un va-et-vient constant entre le monde technologique et son impact sur nos perceptions et nos corps. La Chair du Monde place les cinq danseurs dans un univers fait d’images, mais qui peuvent tout autant être des images mentales. Après Effet Papillon, sa précédente pièce centrée sur les jeux vidéo, c’est aujourd’hui la matière cathodique qui est mise à mal, réinterprétée et remise en corps jusque dans la déformation des visages. Autres invités de ce Circuit Eclectique : Rabih Mroué et Lina Saneh réinterrogent Une Journée Particulière d’Ettore Scola en créant Photo Romance, présentée lors du dernier Festival d’Avignon, et Bertrand Planes se voit doté d’une carte blanche.
