PIANO / GRAND AMPHI D’ASSAS
Environ cent candidats en provenance du monde entier et ayant tous la caractéristique d’exercer une autre profession que celle de musicien – du coach sportif au chef pâtissier, en passant par de nombreux scientifiques – se succèderont lors des trois épreuves du 27e Concours des grands amateurs (éliminatoires les 6 et 7 avril, demi-finale le 9 et finale le 10). Ils sont en lice pour trois prix : l’un décerné par un jury de personnalités du monde du piano, l’autre par des critiques internationaux et le troisième par le public. Mais surtout, l’espace de quelques jours et dans des programmes de leur choix, ils viennent partager leur passion. La démarche n’est finalement pas loin de celle du grand pianiste François-René Duchâble, officiellement retiré des grandes scènes depuis 2003, mais qui continue à se produire lors de concerts « coups de cœur », comme celui qu’il donnera dans le grand amphithéâtre d’Assas avec l’orchestre symphonique du CRR de Paris sous la direction de Pierre-Michel Durand. Au programme, Schubert, Grieg et Poulenc.
