appel à candidature / pôle en scène / concours dialogues 2023
Le principe du concours reste fidèle à ses premières éditions. Il s’adresse à des compagnies de danse professionnelles émergentes qui ont à leur catalogue moins de cinq créations, et est attaché à la porosité entre la danse et les arts de la scène, que le concours entend « sublimer ». Le travail de création demandé exige ainsi l’intégration d’une discipline (cirque, chant, marionnette, théâtre, art numérique…) à la chorégraphie. En 2022, le dispositif avait permis à la compagnie Sentabou d’être accompagnée et programmée aux festivals Karavel et Kalypso. À la clé également : bourse de développement (7000€ pour le 1er prix, 3000€ pour le prix du jury), résidence, coproduction (3000€ pour le 1er prix) et surtout un accompagnement notable par des professionnels reconnus. Le nouvellement nommé Dialogues – Prix Pôle en Scènes | Festivals Karavel et Kalypso attend les dossiers pour le 10 février 2023, et sélectionnera quatre compagnies qui seront amenées à présenter leur travail au Théâtre des Champs-Élysées le 19 avril 2023 à l’issue d’une résidence à Pôle en Scènes. Soutenu cette année encore par le mécénat de la Caisse des Dépôts, Dialogues entretient l’objectif de nourrir toujours plus les esthétiques de la danse, ses horizons multiples, et l’expérimentation qui peut y naître.
