Kevin Jean est intéressé par les forces qui nous traversent. Après avoir étudié la gravité, loi universelle, il se penche sur la masculinité, vue comme élaboration sociale qui peut donc être déconstruite. Porté par un trio, Dans le mille s’affranchit de toutes les conventions et tous les clichés liés au modèle masculin. A commencer par la posture et la gestuelle, puisque la chorégraphie s’attaque au stéréotype de l’homme érigé pour le mettre en position de vulnérabilité, et, au lieu de mouvements athlétiques ou virils, faire onduler nos trois performeurs des reins et des fessiers. S’inspirant du Twerk comme du strip-tease, Kevin Jean interroge le regard des hommes sur les hommes – et sur les femmes ! – à travers ces figures volontairement hyper-sexualisées, pulsées par la bass music de Rico Biro alias OBF SoundSystem. Au cœur du sujet : « Comment refuser d’être un homme pour réinventer des identités hybrides ? » interroge le chorégraphe. Et serait-ce le préalable pour une égalité réelle entre les genres ?
