Ecrit alors que les Printemps arabes voyaient le vent tourner et les gouvernements islamistes menacer les espoirs de liberté soulevés par les mouvements de révolte, Dans les yeux du ciel est l’œuvre de Rachid Benzine, marocain qui a grandi à Trappes, spécialiste de l’herméneutique contemporaine du Coran, et donc bien placé pour interpréter le texte fondateur de l’Islam et repérer les manipulations politiques auxquelles il donne lieu.
Le retour des conservatismes politiques
Son texte met en scène Nour, une femme, mère, prostituée et fille de prostituée, qui nous parle « du désordre violent qui emporte la rue et qui menace sa survie organisée dans l’ombre du pouvoir en place ». Un personnage porté par Marie-Sohna Condé, dirigée par Pascale Henry, qui connaît les hommes derrière leurs masques de pouvoir et déploie un monologue qui se veut moins un documentaire sur les printemps arabes que le rappel universel qu’« aucun mouvement de liberté ne saurait s’écrire dans le déni du corps et l’effacement des marges ». On y croise ses clients, un ami blogueur homosexuel et l’on y entend surtout un cri d’espoir lancé face au retour des conservatismes politiques.
