Théâtre Pixel Avignon / d’après George Sand et Oscar Wilde / mes Christophe Truchi et Marjolaine Humbert
Ils se sont tous deux rencontrés au sein du cours d’art dramatique dirigé par Jean-Laurent Cochet, à Paris. Encore apprentis-comédiens, ils n’ont pas attendu d’achever leur formation pour prendre leur destin en main et fonder la Compagnie du Cadran. C’était en 2008. Deux années plus tard, Marjolaine Humbert et Christophe Truchi se lancent, parallèlement, dans deux seuls-en-scène littéraires, qu’ils reprennent aujourd’hui au Théâtre Pixel. Montage de lettres de jeunesse de George Sand (D’Aurore Dupin à George Sand) interprété par Marjolaine Humbert et mis en scène par Christophe Truchi. Longue lettre adressée par Oscar Wilde à son amant, depuis la prison dans laquelle il purge une peine pour homosexualité (De Profundis), interprétée par Christophe Truchi et mise en scène par Marjolaine Humbert. Les deux jeunes comédiens-metteurs en scène proposent une forme de chassé-croisé épistolaire. Un double voyage sur les traces de deux grandes figures de la littérature du XIXème siècle.
