Le théâtre de Saint-Maur se met résolument à l’heure espagnole en décembre, combinant comme il se doit théâtre, musique et danse, et complétant la programmation par des conférences données par des universitaires. En ouverture, le chanteur et comédien Miguel-Ange crée un spectacle devant le révéler, selon les mots de son directeur artistique David Noir, (avec qui il a déjà travaillé), « sous une identité totalement neuve et sophistiquée ». Luis de la Carrasca signe ensuite la mise en scène et le chant de A Flor de piel, spectacle flamenco entre pureté et modernisme. On retrouve la musique flamenco du même Luis de la Carrasca dans la version pupitre de Carmen la nouvelle que présente Jean-Luc Paliès d’après Mérimée. Dans un salon parisien de 1847, la nouvelle devient théâtre grâce à la comédienne Clara Gazul (célèbre personnage imaginaire, dramaturge et comédienne, inventé par Mérimée lui-même). Puis Paco Ibanez chante les poètes espagnols d’hier et d’aujourd’hui, ainsi que Brassens, bien sûr en espagnol. Dans la Peau de Franco de Louise Doutreligne met en scène un écrivain chargé par son éditeur de retracer la vie intime de Franco et d’initier son fils de dix ans à l’histoire tourmentée du Franquisme. La tâche de révèle malaisée car le père de l’écrivain a milité contre Franco et en a souffert. Jean-Luc Paliès donne une version pupitre flamenco de l’histoire. Un florilège de pièces théâtrales et musicales éclectique et prometteur.
