BERNARD DIMEY / CHANSON / ESSAÏON
Passé à la postérité comme auteur de textes de tubes planétaires (“Mon truc en plume”, “Syracuse”), chanté par les plus grands (Montand, Aznavour, Reggiani, Salvador…), personnage pittoresque du Montmartre des années 60-70, le vrai visage de Bernard Dimey (1931-1981) reste à révéler. C’est ce visage du grand poète populaire qu’il fut et reste, enfant de Prévert et de Gaston Couté, qu’Emmanuel Depoix se plaît à prendre entre ses mains un peu râpeuses de marin tendre, pour mieux plonger son regard humide dans les yeux du grand artiste oublié, et lui fredonner à l’oreille de belles mélodies de sa plume sur lesquelles plane parfois l’ombre de Léo Ferré… Depoix alterne avec sa complice Delphine Grandsart saynètes et chansons autour du zinc d’un comptoir de bistrot, mais les grands moments de cet attachant spectacle restent, reconnaissons-le, ceux où Depoix chante seul, là où la poésie universelle et souvent bouleversante de Dimey, débarrassée de tout vintage et de toute gouaille, va droit au cœur, à l’âme et à l’esprit.
