La rentrée de la série matinale et décalée du Théâtre du Châtelet se fait sous le signe d’un hommage à l’une des plus extraordinaires et populaires voix du jazz d’après-guerre : Ella Fitzgerald, la grande prêtresse du scat à la tessiture d’une amplitude exceptionnelle et à la pureté de timbre étincelante. Sous la conduite de Riccardo del Fra et de ses étudiants du département “jazz et musiques improvisées“ du CNSM de Paris, c’est à la jeune Chloé Cailleton que reviennent l’honneur et la joie de faire revivre sur cette scène prestigieuse les standards de George Gershwin, Cole Porter ou Rodgers & Hart que « The first Lady » a définitivement marqués de son empreinte. Formée à Nantes puis au CNSM de Paris (Ferris, del Fra, Theberge), Chloé Cailleton a participé à plusieurs projets scéniques ou discographiques (Out of the blue, Hocus Pocus, un opéra jazz de Thierry Lalo…), sans oublier ses projets plus personnels marqués par les influences de la musique brésilienne et de Claude Nougaro.
