Exemplaire formation à géométrie variable, AlmaViva a vu le jour en 2003 autour d’un noyau dur de solistes argentins établis en France. Ses objectifs ? Eclairer la richesse du répertoire classique latino-américain, susciter la création d’œuvres nouvelles de jeunes compositeurs latino-américains mais aussi explorer l’influence de la musique latino-américaine dans l’œuvre de compositeurs européens. Pour ce concert exceptionnel au Théâtre Dunois, Monica Taragano (flûtes), Johanne Mathaly (violoncelle), Pablo Marquez (guitare) et Ezequiel Spucches (piano) rendent hommage au grand compositeur cubain Leo Brouwer, en sa présence et à l’occasion de son 70e anniversaire. Ses œuvres colorées voisineront avec celles de Kagel et Piazzolla, classiques incontestés de la musique du XXè siècle. Avec aussi Amaya Dominguez soprano), Nicolas Galière (violon/alto) et Maxime Echardour (percussions).
