L’ensemble TM+ salue la vivacité de la création contemporaine avec un programme qui alterne œuvres solistes et pages pour ensemble. Le percussionniste Florent Jodelet reprend ainsi Efji de Laurent Cuniot (directeur artistique de TM+) qu’il avait créée en 2005 au Festival Musica de Strasbourg – c’est d’ailleurs la pièce la plus ancienne du concert. Il est également le soliste de Trame VIII pour marimba et ensemble de l’Argentin Martin Matalon, adepte d’une musique rythmique et colorée. Deux œuvres de 2007 d’un fidèle de l’ensemble, Bruno Mantovani (né en 1974), sont également au programme : Happy Hours pour violon seul (joué par Saori Furukawa) et Streets, évocation des rues de New York dédiée à Pierre Boulez. Enfin, Laurent Cuniot dirige une nouvelle œuvre pour voix et ensemble du toujours surprenant Patrick Marcland.
