Difficile de prendre le parti de rire du sort des femmes… Abusées, maintenues dans l’ignorance, battues, violées, exploitées, celles dont Yamina Hachemi a recueilli et scénarisé les témoignages ne se plaignent pas mais racontent, tout simplement, l’ordinaire de vies tristement banales tant sont banales encore aujourd’hui les humiliations et les sévices subis. Malgré l’horreur des tragédies rapportées, Yamina Hachemi a pourtant choisi de les intégrer dans un spectacle à l’humour décapant, laissant à un Monsieur Loyal désopilant (excellent Laurent Richard) le soin de présenter ces différentes tranches de vie. Le comédien prend en charge les différentes figures masculines évoquées (de l’oncle libidineux au mari brutal, du père indifférent au compagnon soumis) et réussit le tour de force d’assumer ces repoussoirs avec une efficace et intense présence. Autant d’intensité et d’authenticité chez les trois comédiennes (Véronique Chiloux, Yamina Hachemi et Claire Mirande) qui incarnent avec simplicité, rigueur et vérité les femmes de cette revue particulière.
Un mâle, des maux
Pastichant le music-hall, offrant ainsi des respirations drolatiques qui évitent à l’ensemble de sombrer dans le pathos et sont suffisamment adroitement troussées pour ne pas non plus verser dans le cynisme, les comédiens choisissent la simplicité d’un récit de soi à la fois très précis et suffisamment épuré pour permettre l’universalisation des témoignages. Maria, Liliane, Nathalie, Yasmine, Cécile, Safia, Elodie : les âges, les conditions, les origines ont beau être différents, les personnages disent tous la même difficulté à supporter l’asservissement psychologique et physique imposé par les carcans sociaux et les hommes qui s’en font les complices. Peut-être parce qu’au moment de créer le monde, Dieu fabriqua une Lilith trop libre et qu’il fut obligé à un deuxième essai avec Eve, plus douce et mieux soumise : c’est ce que suggère malicieusement le texte et que répètent à l’envi ceux qui ravalent les femmes au rang d’objets, ce qu’elles-mêmes, parfois ont bien du mal à refuser d’admettre, comme le suggère, dans ce spectacle, l’émouvant témoignage de Maria la Portugaise. Hommage aux femmes et à leur combat, ce spectacle vaut également comme piqûre de rappel militant et utile !
