Innesti signifie « greffe » en italien. Prendra-t-elle après la présentation de cette étape de travail ? Là n’est pas la question : ces Fenêtres sur création sont des moments de découverte et d’échange avec un artiste, en plein questionnement sur son travail de création. Avec Innesti, la chorégraphe italienne creuse le sillon d’une démarche où, la contrainte rivée aux corps, les danseurs élaborent des stratégies qui deviennent les matériaux chorégraphiques de l’écriture. Aujourd’hui, elle étudie la possibilité d’une danse où le corps est augmenté de greffons, démultipliant son volume et entravant, de façon plus ou moins appuyée selon les points d’accroche, le mouvement. D’une simple étude sur les possibilités du corps, Luigia Riva fait de cette recherche une tentative pour explorer un imaginaire de la forme et de l’informe, faisant du corps masculin le réceptacle d’images et de représentations prêtes à toutes les métamorphoses.
