Refusant la notion de divertissement, la compagnie de l’Astre s’attache à aller vers « l’expérience humaine » de la rencontre entre les artistes et le public. « Interpeler les consciences » : tel est son adage ! Pendant trois jours, les membres de la compagnie organisent un événement créatif, réflexif et festif, pour mettre en lumière la création contemporaine, qui est au cœur de son projet artistique. Le 18 mars, le festival s’ouvre avec une soirée consacrée à Mario Batista, auteur et metteur en scène. Il présente L’Arrestation, suivie du Départ, mis en scène par Sylvain Martin et interprétée par William Astre et Florence Wagner, avant de retrouver les spectateurs pour une table ronde en nocturne. Le samedi et le dimanche, performances, spectacles, lectures et rencontres offriront à tous l’occasion de rencontrer des artistes d’aujourd’hui, en prise avec le monde, à l’écoute des murmures du social et attentifs à leur contemporains.
