Du hip-hop sur la musique de Bach (En filigrane, d’Ibrahim Sissoko et Ophélie Gaillard). Des allers-retours entre Afrique et Europe, gumboots et hip-hop (Collision/Collusion, de Braka et Moeketsi Koena). Des danseurs professionnels et amateurs qui se saisissent de haïkus japonais comme d’une matière chorégraphique (MAI, de Delphine Caron). Une création de danse et de poésie urbaine (Petite Conférence insensée pour Femme sensée, de Magali Duclos et Yasse). Des réflexions dansées sur le thème de la peau (Enveloppes timbrées, de Sébastien Lefrançois), sur les zoos humains (extrait de Z.H., de Bintou Demélé), sur le rapport au temps et au passé dans la culture hip-hop (Qu’en sera-t-il d’hier ?, d’Olivier Lefrançois)… A nouveau, le festival H2O souligne la richesse de la création hip-hop.
Un « festival total »
Mais ce festival est plus qu’un festival : le projet du Centre de Danse – Festival H²O, créé il y a seize ans, inclut la programmation de spectacles mais aussi un accompagnement artistique, logistique et financier pour les compagnies, qu’elles soient émergentes ou déjà amplement reconnues. De nombreuses actions culturelles (rencontres, masterclasses, projections) complètent le programme. Une raison de plus pour s’intéresser de près à ce projet à la fois exigeant, ouvert et généreux.
