Le 9 décembre, la soirée d’ouverture de la 12e édition de H2O donne le ton : avec Pi x elle, la chorégraphe Stéphanie Nataf invite le public à se joindre à une improvisation guidée par trois danseurs professionnels. La salle d’exposition de l’Espace Jacques-Prévert, pour l’occasion, sera transformée en boîte noire, éclairée par des vidéos projetant sur les corps des images et des formes géométriques : immobile ou en mouvement, chaque corps présent participera de ce tableau collectif. La soirée se poursuivra avec Anthony Egea, qui confronte la gestuelle hip-hop à la « musique savante » occidentale – Ravel, Vivaldi, Xenakis… La question est lancée : comment initier des dialogues entre performers et public, entre traditions « savantes » et « populaires », entre des esthétiques variées ?

Le 10 décembre, l’accent sera mis sur des spectacles jeune public (avec la compagnie Scénario et avec le chorégraphe Olivier Lefrançois, qui a invité une classe de CM1 à participer à sa pièce). Le 11 décembre, la compagnie de Stéphanie Nataf présente à nouveau son dispositif Pi x elle, puis le public est convié à une ciné-conférence de Mic Guillaumes, pour découvrir des films de danse et prolonger la réflexion sur les identités culturelles de la danse. La soirée du 13 décembre se partagera entre Anne Nguyen et Hamid Ben Mahi, qui, chacun à leur manière, questionnent leurs racines et la façon dont l’itinéraire d’un artiste – mais aussi d’un individu – se construit, se développe, entre désirs et peurs, colères et recherches. Enfin, le 14 décembre, c’est le « Plateau Jeune Création » : trois jeunes compagnies (Stylistic’, Mira et Zahrbat) présentent de courtes pièces, exposant leur matériau et leurs investigations.
