FESTIVAL / CHÂTEAU-THIERRY
Depuis sa fondation, le festival Jean de La Fontaine revendique la pluridisciplinarité, « âme du baroque ». Les spectacles qui y sont créés chaque année autour de l’œuvre du fabuliste prennent ainsi des formes diverses, interrogeant le Grand Siècle autant que notre monde contemporain. Cette 24e édition conjugue ainsi les fables au féminin avec le récital « Femmes en fables » proposé par la soprano Maya Boog et la mezzo-soprano Solenn’ Lavanant-Linke autour de mises en musique de fables par Offenbach, Caplet, mais aussi Isabelle Aboulker (née en 1938) et, en création mondiale, Pierre Quintelier (né en 1952). On notera aussi la nouvelle production d’Orphée et Eurydice de Gluck portée par l’Ensemble Opalescences : une formation resserrée (cinq voix et un quatuor à cordes baroque), qui prend le parti du dynamisme et d’une liaison constante entre la musique et l’action scénique, le rôle d’Eurydice étant confié à Akiko Veaux, une danseuse baroque.
