La violoniste Amandine Beyer, lauréate en 2001, ouvre la programmation de cette vingtième édition du festival Juventus en interprétant Vivaldi avec l’ensemble Gli Incogniti qu’elle a fondé depuis : une manière de montrer, une fois de plus, que la fidélité ici n’est pas un vain mot. La fidélité comme fondement de l’esprit chambriste, tel est un peu le leitmotiv de ces deux semaines de concerts, où se retrouvent les anciens lauréats ; le festival tenait à leur rendre hommage et n’agrandira donc pas, cette année, la « famille Juventus ». Certains se présentent seuls, comme les pianistes Alexandre Tharaud (dans Schubert et Scarlatti), Ferenc Vizi (dans Beethoven et Liszt) et Aleksandar Madzar (dans Berio, Schubert, Chopin et Debussy). D’autres seront en formation de chambre (on retrouvera le violoniste Graf Mourja, le violoncelliste Marc Coppey, le clarinettiste Ronald van Spaendonck…) ou accompagnés de leur propre ensemble, telle Céline Frisch avec Café Zimmermann, devenu une référence dans l’interprétation de Bach.
