« M comme murmure, M comme merveilleux, M comme mouvement ! » dit Mael Le Goff, directeur artistique de Mythos, qui adapte son nom aux usages en évolution de la langue « sans pour autant baisser la garde ». Né il y a quinze ans du désir d’un groupe de passionnés fervents des mots et de leurs pouvoirs, ce festival continue à œuvrer « pour que la parole poursuive son chemin de liberté » et pour « oser dire le monde que nous voulons ». Mais « M », aussi, pour la programmation, qui, cette année, se veut « multiple, musclée et mouvementée », s’affirme « hybride, multiple, sans frontière et sans dogme, libre et vivante » et « fait le pari audacieux de tisser des liens invisibles entre les contes de la création du monde et la scène électro d’aujourd’hui ». Du théâtre, avec Nicolas Bonneau, Clinic Orgasm Society, la Compagnie Tuchenn, Camille Kerdellant, Emma la clown, le Cabaret de l’impossible, Titus et Gérard Baraton, Julien Mellano, Sergio Grondin, Isabelle Wéry, Mickaël Duglué, Nidal Qannari, Alain Le Goff et Bernard Subert, Gérard Potier et l’immense Henri Gougaud ; des spectacles à fréquenter en famille ; des artistes à découvrir et des « travaux à suivre », originaux et inédits, ainsi que des propositions atypiques pour « spectateurs de l’extrême » avec la série des spectacles « hors piste » ; de la chanson avec une pléiade de talents variés ; des soirées botaniques dans les jardins du Thabor et d’autres spectacles encore, en journée, dans ces mêmes jardins ; à boire, à manger et à danser au Cannibale Cabaret Resto… La parole dans tous ses états anime le cœur rennais pendant une semaine joyeuse et festive.
