LYRIQUE / LOT
Sous la houlette d’Olivier Desbordes, le Festival de Saint-Céré, au cœur de la Région Midi-Pyrénées, a pour particularité de mettre à l’honneur les jeunes talents lyriques. Le public pourra ainsi entendre ces voix prometteuses dans des œuvres d’Offenbach, des « soirées cabaret » et autres pages de Donizetti. Au programme, Le Voyage dans la Lune d’Offenbach, une opérette féerique composée sur un livret de Jules Verne. Ce sera l’occasion de découvrir les sopranos Marlène Assayag et Julie Mathevet. La jeune chanteuse américaine China Moses et l’acteur Samuel Theis rejoindront la chanteuse de variété française Nicole Croisille dans une soirée cabaret, nous replongeant dans l’Allemagne des années 30. Autre temps fort du festival, l’interprétation du Requiem de Mozart, avec notamment la soprano Julie Mathevet et le ténor Eric Vignau. Place au grand répertoire lyrique avec Lucia de Lammermoor de Donizetti, une production réunissant la soprano Burcu Uyar et le baryton Gabriele Nani. Mais le festival ne se limite pas au répertoire vocal : Dina Bensaid, jeune pianiste issue de l’Ecole Normale, donnera un récital d’œuvres romantiques.
