Au fil de sept spectacles et deux installations, toutes les formes artistiques conjuguent leur énergie et leur vitalité et investissent l’espace de La Filature à Mulhouse. Son directeur Joël Gunzburger a initié ce temps fort voici trois saisons afin de faire circuler les œuvres et les publics. Christophe Greilsammer invite même les spectateurs à monter dans un bus pour une déambulation dans la ville irrévérencieuse, surprenante et détonante, un voyage en paroles caustiques et délirantes à la découverte de Goya de Rodrigo Garcia. Deux créations attendues rythment la programmation. Mais le Diable marche à nos côtés d’Heddy Maalem, sur une musique du percussionniste Fritz Hauser, convoque neuf interprètes et interroge « le commencement d’un monde et la fin inévitable de celui où nous sommes, la torsion de ce geste que nous faisons pour nous lover dans la spirale de l’aujourdhui. » Valéry Warnotte et Charlie Windelschmidt nous convient quant à eux à une alléchante proposition, Microfictions, adaptée du roman de Régis Jauffret, donnant à voir cinq cents visages, infinie galerie de portraits avec acteurs et amateurs proposant un « théâtre dînatoire » : plat, entrée, dessert, concert pour une épopée festive et tendre. Lors de la Nuit Blanche 2008, les deux metteurs en scène avaient réuni cent trente comédiens au Théâtre du Rond-Point pour une nuit Microfictions.

Première française : la jeune metteur en scène Ludivine Petit a créé un opéra sous l’impulsion d’Anna Viebrock, complice de Christoph Marthaler, Geen Krimp, Gustav ! d’après Gustav Malher. Convaincue de la théâtralité de l’univers du compositeur, elle confronte le poète sonore Jaap Blonk et les Lieder Des Knaben Wunderhorn, écrits entre 1888 et 1901. La Zurichoise Alexandra Bachzetsis revisite des scènes cinématographiques cultes avec cinq danseurs-performers dans Dream Season, dénonçant la logique esthétisante et caricaturale qui domine le monde médiatique. Le Theater Handgemenge Berlin, compagnie allemande majeure, propose Höchste Eisenbahn (Les Seigneurs du Rail), de Hans Fallada, mis en scène par Markus Joss, périple joyeux accessible dès six ans. Dans un autre registre, Danger et Ellen Allien inventent leur Nuit électro. A signaler aussi l’installation sonore et lumineuse Pixels de l’artiste numérique Cécile Babiole, interrogeant la lisibilité des images, ainsi que l’exposition Le Décor à l’envers proposée par Sophie Kaplan, directrice du Centre Rhénan d’Art Contemporain.
