« Quel monde rêvons-nous pour demain ? Avons-nous encore des utopies ? Entre illusions passées et désillusions actuelles, l’inspiration manquerait-elle ? » Des questions hélas tellement banales et pourtant essentielles, et la difficulté d’y répondre ne fait que souligner l’indigence de la pensée politique, ou plutôt son désenchantement, comme si désormais le pouvoir économique détenait toutes cartes. Et si le théâtre contribuait au débat ? C’est ce que propose Gilles Martin en mêlant sur le plateau plusieurs histoires interprétées par trois comédiens et des témoignages d’adolescents et de personnes qui ont vécu les grandes idéologies des années 60-70. Les comédiens incarnent les histoires croisées de onze personnages aux prises avec une société qui vise l’essor économique comme seul objectif. C’est un théâtre participatif que met en pratique Gilles Martin, un théâtre où esthétique et politique se rejoignent dans la même volonté d’élever l’esprit et le cœur. Pour réfléchir ensemble au sens de nos vies.
