Théâtre Gilgamesh / texte et mes Christelle Derré
En 2013, à l’occasion d’un projet pour la ville de Royan, Christelle Derré rencontre Gisèle S., une humaniste engagée de quatre-vingt-six ans. Quelques mois plus tard, elle recueille les confidences de Wassim, un autre ami franco-syrien. Tuilant leurs deux témoignages, la comédienne a composé un texte qui tâche d’élucider « ce qui fait de nous un humain », malgré les peines de l’exil et des déchirements, à travers les thèmes de l’enfance, de l’amour, de la guerre, de la religion. Dans un univers sonore et musical composé par David Couturier, guidée par Laurence Andreini, Christelle Derré raconte les engagements quotidiens et la vie de Gisèle. Les images projetées sur les draps tendus en travers de la scène servent de contrepoint au récit, révélant les pensées intimes de cette femme silex, résistante pétrie d’amour et d’espoir.
