Théâtre Transversal/ écriture et mes Eliakim Sénégas-Lajus
A l’origine, il y a le désir déclaré par le metteur en scène Eliakim Sénégas-Lajus, issu comme les deux interprètes de la pièce de la promotion 2018 de l’Ecole Supérieure d’Art Dramatique de Paris, « de mener un questionnement scénique de la domination masculine ». Happy Mâle se propose moins de revenir sur l’histoire de cette domination que de tenter d’en débusquer ici et maintenant les ressorts, en donnant à voir et à sentir les attentes induites par le clivage de genre. « C’est à un joyeux chantier de déconstruction que nous désirons procéder en nous attaquant aux identités intériorisées par le biais de l’appropriation des situations, des discours, des gestes mus par le clivage des genres en nous approchant des endroits de l’intime où il est particulièrement actif. », explique le metteur en scène. Recherche et écriture ont donné naissance à des matériaux textuels, mais aussi chorégraphiques et musicaux, dont l’enjeu, outre le partage des interrogations, est d’ouvrir à l’exploration des imaginaires.
