Théâtre Les Trois Soleils / texte et mes Pierre Notte
Comme bon nombre des protagonistes de Pierre Notte, celui qu’interprète Muriel Gaudin s’exprime après un malheur. Non pas une catastrophe naturelle comme dans Pédagogies de l’échec, où un homme et une femme se relèvent dans les bureaux de leur entreprise après un probable tremblement de terre, mais un drame intime. Une détresse et une solitude qui ressemblent à celles des quatre anti-héroïnes du spectacle musical Sur les cendres en avant (2016), délaissées ou maltraitées par la gente masculine. Chronique vertigineuse d’un sexisme ordinaire, Histoire d’une femme dénonce sans détours, mais non sans humour.
Un silence intarissable
À travers une trentaine de courtes anecdotes, la comédienne oscille en effet entre comique et tragique. Entre absurde et naturalisme. Sur un plateau nu, à l’exception d’une chaise sur laquelle elle ne s’assiéra pas, Muriel Gaudin interprète avec une légère distance la colère de son personnage. Ses agacements face au machisme des hommes qui l’entourent, accumulés jusqu’au jour où, tombée de vélo, un inconnu lui met une main aux fesses. Du chantage de son mari après une rupture à sa décision de ne plus adresser la parole aux hommes, tout lui revient alors dans un monologue cathartique. Libérateur.
