Les rencontres hasardeuses qui font basculer les existences sont dues à peu de choses. Au déplacement professionnel d’un homme qui, à cette occasion, rencontre une femme. Ou bien, à la femme dans la recherche exclusive d’un homme. Ou encore à l’homme et à la femme qui veulent rencontrer l’âme sœur, celle qui vous comprend et avec laquelle vous pourriez recommencer une vie autre en vous aimant l’un l’autre. Avant d’en arriver à ce point de renouveau printanier, il aura fallu en passer par l’Hiver, cette pause obligée, ce no man’s land où les choses décantent avant de se poser, à travers des bribes d’échanges, des semblants de dialogues, des questions sans réponse et de longs silences. C’est le temps de l’attirance suivie de la répulsion, du « Oui, mais… » Entre la méfiance et l’aveu, le jeu de l’amour et du hasard impose la fragilité d’un rythme incertain à l’intérieur de ce temps derrière soi déjà intensément vécu et dont il faudrait définitivement se couper. Tout reste possible pour mettre à distance trop de solitude enfouie et la soumission tyrannique à un passé révolu. A l’homme et à la femme de faire retour en leur intime, en acceptant les vides d’une vie prête à recommencer, grâce aux silences que l’on s’impose et à l’évidence des non-dits. La mise en scène de Jacques Descorde, ouverte au montage vidéo, s’engage sur les chemins instables et virtuoses de beaux espoirs à revivre et ressentir.
