Le risque, la mise en danger, la joie qu’il y a à dépasser ses limites… Toutes ces choses que le spectateur observe d’habitude dans un spectacle de cirque, depuis les gradins d’un chapiteau ou les sièges d’une salle, Corinne Linder propose avec HOLD ON de les lui faire vivre. Elle nous équipe pour cela de lunettes virtuelles. Nous voilà en plein dans le cirque, dans la peau d’une acrobate aérienne. Sécurisés par l’artiste qui nous accompagne tout au long de l’expérience, nous voilà naviguant entre les coulisses d’un spectacle et une corde lisse ou encore un trapèze, à dix mètres de hauteur. Né suite à un accident de Corinne Linder, HOLD ON est bien plus qu’une aventure ludique : c’est une invitation à se laisser traverser par les motivations et les pensées de l’artiste de cirque, qui dans la peur trouve ce qui le sauve. Pour poursuivre l’immersion, on peut se rendre au Grenier à Sel, où la Cie Fheel Concept de Corinne Linder présente un autre voyage sensoriel entre cirque et réalité virtuelle, The Ordinary Circus Girl.
