La Scala Provence / musiques de Catherine Lara / écriture et mise en scène de la compagnie Kumo / chorégraphies de Jamson et Chichii
« Choc des générations, des univers artistiques et des cultures : en apparence, tout semble opposer Catherine Lara et la compagnie Kumo. Et pourtant, leurs différences sont autant d’atouts qui vont les unir le temps d’un spectacle rythmé, onirique et singulier. » Les musiques du monde rencontrent le break dance et le hip-hop pour explorer la question de l’identité et la manière dont la société actuelle invite à y répondre : « notre relation aux réseaux sociaux, ou comment se perdre dans le monde virtuel, notre place dans la société, ou comment cohabiter malgré nos ambitions contraires ou communes, notre rapport à l’autre et à la tolérance, ou comment dépeindre les différentes formes de discrimination ». La lumière et la vidéo dessinent un espace imaginaire que vient habiter le corps des danseurs, pendant que le violon convoque esprits et émotions. Cette rencontre inattendue provoque le dialogue entre les arts et invite chacun à réfléchir aux conditions d’une identité pacifiée, nourrie de la richesse de celle des autres.
