Théâtre des Quartiers d’Ivry
Aux origines d’Îlots, la nouvelle création de Sonia Chiambretto et Yoann Thommerel, il y a une singulière expérience collective qui débute en 2015. Sur le modèle du Groupe d’Information sur les Prisons (GIP), mouvement d’action et d’information né en 1971, les deux artistes fondent le Groupe d’information sur les ghettos (g.i.g). Rassemblant habitants, artistes et chercheurs, cette singulière équipe enquête dans un but poétique autant que politique. Après trois ans de travail à Aubervilliers, il publie un Questionnaire élémentaire, qui sert aujourd’hui de base au spectacle Îlots. Trois acteurs de cultures et de générations différentes sont chargés de réactiver les interrogations posées par l’ouvrage : le classique et distingué Jean-François Perrier et les plus urbains Séphora Pondi (de la Comédie-Française) et Julien Masson. Pour aborder les mécanismes d’exclusion et de repli, le trio mêle aux questions des témoignages, des vidéos, des litanies. Des fragments qui en disent long.
