Ils s’appellent Roman Müller, Andreas et Niklaus Muntwyler, Lukas Staeger, Ulla Tikka et Petronella von Zerboni…. Leurs noms chantent déjà des images d’ailleurs, grappillées de-ci de-là à travers toute l’Europe. Ils se sont rencontrés sous les auspices d’un entremetteur hasard, qui les a réunis par la force d’une même passion : le cirque. Petronella von Zerboni vient d’Allemagne, Roman Müller de Suisse. Tous deux virtuoses du diabolo, ils ont créé ensemble la compagnie Tr’espace en 2002 qui marie manipulation d’objets, musique et corps en mouvement. La finlandaise Ulla Tikka et le suisse Andreas Muntwyler (compagnie F-ART) cheminent en duo sur le fil depuis 2002. Niklaus Muntwyler, fils du fondateur du Circus Monti, sait chuchoter au cœur des chevaux et danser avec eux de fougueux ballets. Le compositeur et musicien Lukas Staeger enfin, a fait ses classes à la Jazzschule de Luzern, à l’ACM de Zurich et au Jazzschule de Bâle. Entouré par Martin Fässler (Percussions – xylophone) et Daniel Fricker (Contrebasse – electro-basse), il donne le rythme à cette « inStallation » collective.
Le plaisir du partage
Sillonnant les routes à force de tournées, les cinq circassiens décidèrent en 2007 de se poser quelque temps et d’unir leur talent, histoire d’offrir une soirée aux copains et connaissances. Ainsi est née inStallation , qui a gardé de son enfantement cette générosité et ce plaisir du partage. Sous le chapiteau, charpenté comme un écrin et nimbé d’une douce pénombre, les numéros se succèdent, travaillés comme des tableaux aux teintes profondes et aux lignes sobres. Corps à corps noué autour d’un diabolo, danse sautillante sur le fil, tango dans la sciure, chorégraphie équine, duo amoureux sur corde lisse ou encore trio aux tissus se déploient entre rêveries et fantaisies. Décapant le cirque classique de ses clinquants atours et la prouesse de toute hâbleuse esbroufe, ce collectif improvisé se réapproprie les codes de la tradition et transforme l’exploit par leur inventivité technique, pour un spectacle plein de poésie.
